Ciao, sono Anna, insieme a mio marito Angelo gestisco il bed and breakfast Stupor Mundi che è parte integrante di casa nostra.
Le camere sono dodate di ogni confort, materassi memori, KIT cortesia, asciugamani e lenzuola.
Dopo un buon riposo vi attende una colazione 'rinforzata' ricca di prodotti freschi e genuini, il pane DOP, i dolci fatti in casa e i salati che potete gustare in una sala interna o in terrazza.
Terrazza, dove è possibile lavare i panni e stenderli circondati da piante e dall'aleggiare dei falchi grillai.
Per chi intraprende il percorso della Via Peuceta con la bici, da noi, trova una piccola officina.
Vi suggeriamo di interrompere il lento incedere del Cammino Materano e trascorrere anche un solo giorno in piu' qui ad Altamura.
Sono tante le meraviglie nascoste della citta di Federico II di Svevia come i Claustri, le botteghe artigiane , la Cattedrale, i palazzi nobiliari, il Pulo (dolina carsica) gli insediamenti rupestri, l'uomo di Altamura Neanderthal, la chiesa privata di San Giacomo da Compostela , l'ospedale del pellegrino, i forni antichi per la produzione del pane e tanto altro ancora.
Potete cimentarvi nel preparare con le proprie mani la pasta fresca dai formati tipici del nostro territorio ..

Hi, I'm Anna, together with my husband Angelo I manage the Stupor Mundi bed and breakfast which is an integral part of our home. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, memory mattresses, courtesy kit, towels and sheets. After a good rest, a 'reinforced' breakfast awaits you, full of fresh and genuine products, DOP bread, homemade desserts and savory products which you can enjoy in an internal room or on the terrace. For those who undertake the Via Peuceta route by bike, here you will find a small workshop. We suggest you interrupt the slow pace of the Cammino Materano and spend even just one more day here in Altamura.
